This day was awesome.
From the moment I arrived there was a fun and easy-going vibe in the air. Tineke and her sister were relaxing at home having a drink and a laugh with their father, and Tineke and Sean’s dog, Fatboy. No sign of stress, no sign of fuss. Tineke then popped on her gorgeous 50’s style frock, some bright red lippy, and it was off to get hitched. A beautiful ceremony on the front steps of the historical Ferndale House was followed by a stroll around the back of the house to the Mt Albert Croquet Club, where everyone ate, drank, and got in a few games. We then all moved back to the main house for a walk and fork style dinner, which was accompanied by heartfelt and hilarious speeches, and a near slip of Granddad’s kilt.
Awesome.
