Kauri Bay Boomrock is an incredible place to have a wedding. It boasts such a variety of NZ goodness in one spot; bush, farmland, and views overlooking the Hauraki Golf. With Helena and Tim being the down-to-earth, relaxed kiwi couple that they are, it was the perfect place for them to say their autumnal ‘I do’s’. Between them and their awesome bridal party, they made sure we were all having a good day.. and that my champagne glass was always topped up, as it actually was my birthday as well!  When you are working on your birthday it is a good plan to have friends around you – new or old. So thank you to my lovely friend and fellow photographer, Jo Currie, who helped me out with second shooting, and our other pals Steph and Robin from Bubblerock were all over the video side of things on the day – dream birthday team.
